Before-Aftercare Instructions
All You Need To Know
Eyelash Extensions: BEFORE your Appointment
We ask you to follow these instructions in order to best prepare for your appointment.
If you are a contact lens wearer, please wear your glasses to your appointment.
Do not curl your lashes on the day (or 24 hrs before) your appointment.
Do not apply heavy creams, lotions, or oils to your face within 48 hours before your appointment.
Do not tint or perm your lashes in the 48 hours before your appointment.
To maximize your time with your lash stylist, please remove all makeup in your eye area, including foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, eye creams, and eye serums before arriving at your appointment.
Any Makeup residue on your lashes can affect the longevity of the extensions. This will lead to cutting into your time because we are spending 10-20 minutes just removing the makeup.
Clean your lashes thoroughly to remove any residual oils or mascara.
Let us know if you have recently received any irritating cosmetic treatments (such as skin resurfacing procedures, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, laser treatments, permanent makeup application, etc.) near your eye area.
Consult your doctor before your appointment if you are pregnant, are taking medication, suffer from any medical conditions or allergies, or are recovering from any medical procedure.

Eyebrow Lamination: Aftercare
Do not wet your eyebrows for 24-48 hours
Avoid touching the brow area at the risk of transferring oils
Do not apply makeup to the brows for 24 hours post-treatment
Do not apply Retin A, aha, or exfoliate the brow area for 72 hours before or after the treatment
No self-tanner products should be used on the face for at least 48 hours post-treatment
Apply Brow Balm daily, this will help lengthen the results and condition brows. (we suggest before bed)
Comb the hairs into place each day
We are chemically treating the brow hairs so it is normal for the brows to feel slightly dry post-procedure. This is why the aftercare Brow Balm is a must.
